Where are the courses held?
Primarily the most cost effective way to maintain your first aid training needs is to arrange for our trainers to come to you. We’re flexible and courses can be arranged for as few as 4 learners at dates and times that suit you. Please email us to discuss your needs. If you’d like to book a course for individual candidates we have courses running at other venues throughout the year. Please contact us for more details.
Do our courses meet sector guidance?
Yes, all courses are accredited by FAIB or regulated by Ofqual
Do you provide a certificate?
Yes, all certificates are sent electronically within 5 days of the course
How long are the certificates valid for?
The certificates are valid for 3 years.
Do I need annual refresher training?
The HSE strongly recommend annual refresher training for all trained first aiders. This short course of 3 hours keeps their skills up to date. Please contact the First Aid Training Specialists for more details.
What are your payment terms?
Is it possible to fail the course?
It is possible to fail the course however the First Aid Training Specialists will offer the candidate further training and a re-assessment as needed at no extra cost.
